Cedar Exterior Shutter Warranty

Limited Warranty: Standard incense Cedar exterior shutters bought online from us are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from date shutters are shipped from our factory. Larson's Exterior Cedar Shutters are manufactured to industry standard. Minor imperfections or blemishes not easily noticeable under ordinary lighting conditions and in normal installations are not considered defects. Warp of any component that does not exceed 1/32" per foot will not be considered a defect.
Not Covered: Any damage caused by or during shipping, any misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, not properly maintaining or prepairing the shutters, shutters that are altered in any manner, normal wear and tear or acts of God. Also not covered is any costs for removal, reinstallation, unauthorized repairs, painting or repainting, nor any packing or repackaging costs for return to the factory. We will not be responsible for faulty installation, incorrect measurements, incorrect specifications or alteration by any other party, nor do we make any recommendations as to the suitability of our product for your particular application.
What We Will Do: For covered warranty claims, and products that do not meet our quality standards: At the discretion of Larson Shutter Company we will repair, or if repair is not possible, remake the defective product to the original size and specifications only. Larson Shutter Company reserves the right to inspect products at our factory prior to repair or remake to determine validity of claim. Larson Shutter Company will not be responsible for any unauthorized repair, installation, painting or other unauthorized charges from any party.
Shipping Costs: For warranty claims, all shipping costs to return shutters to our factory shall be prepaid by you. Larson Shutter Company will pay the cost of shipping the repaired or replacment shutters back to you by our standard ground shipping method. Non-defective, or shutters not covered by this warranty will be returned to you freight collect without credit being issued or repair being made. A written return authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from Larson Shutter Company prior to returning any merchandise. Items returned to Larson Shutter without a RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to you freight collect.
