How do I return an item?

Shutter Return Policy
All shutter sales are final; defective merchandise will be repaired or
replaced at Larson Shutter Company's discretion if determined by Larson's to be defective. Shutters are shipped
factory direct from several manufacturing plants located throughout the
United States per your sizes and specifications; therefore Larson
Shutter Company does not accept returns, refunds or any changes on
shutter orders after the order has been submitted to us. At Larson
Shutter Company's discretion we may make exceptions on some items if
they are deemed to be standard restock-able items by us, there may be
restock/handling fees associated with such determinations.
NOTE: Our shopping
cart system sends a email confirmation when you submit your order,
however some ISP's block our emails or it could go into your spam or
other filtered mail. If you do not receive the confirmation please
contact us and we will arrange get you a copy of your order or you may
be able to log into your account on our website to reprint or check the
status of your order. It is your responsibility to check the order
confirmation to make sure you are getting what you wanted, we have no
way of knowing if you have entered the correct information on your
order.
Shutter Hardware Return Policy
Some shutter hardware that we stock may be returned for exchange or
refund within 15 days of receipt of merchandise only if in unused new
condition and will incur a restocking fee; please check with Larson
Shutter Company to see if your item qualifies for return. Shipping or
handling charges and/or our costs for shipping merchandise to you will
not be refunded. You will be responsible for any shipping and or
packaging charges to return items to Larson Shutter Company. No credit
will be given by Larson Shutter Company on returned merchandise that is
received back to our facilities damaged or otherwise not resalable by
us. Please allow 2-3 weeks after we have received the returned
merchandise for credit to appear on your account. A written return
authorization number (RMA/RGO) must be obtained from Larson Shutter
Company within 15 days of receipt of merchandise, and prior to
returning any merchandise. Items returned to Larson Shutter without a
RMA/RGO number will not be accepted and will be returned to you freight
collect.
Initially Defective Merchandise, Shortages and Shipping Damage
Any claims for incorrectly made or initially defective merchandise and
shortages must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt
and before product is altered in any manner or installation is
attempted. Larson Shutter Company reserves the right to inspect any
alleged incorrectly made or defective merchandise at our facility to
verify validity of claim before any repair or replacement will be performed;
however this policy does not imply automatic replacement or repair by
Larson Shutter Company. Any Shipping damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to the shipping company immediately, or shipping companies will deny any claim submitted. Also if shipping damage is found please notify Larson Shutter Company within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise at: 1.800.675.6555 and we will help you with the claim. It is your responsibly to check the merchandise
when it is delivered to make sure there are no discrepancies, damage or
shortages. A written return authorization number (RMA/RGO) must be
obtained from Larson Shutter Company prior to returning any
merchandise. Items returned to Larson Shutter Company without a RMA/RGO
number will not be accepted by us and will be returned to you freight
collect.
